• Direct end-to-end supply chain operations for solar projects.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, and logistics to meet timelines and budget.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Forecast demand and monitor inventory to prevent shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership: Direct end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics for solar projects.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
• Demand Planning: Forecast material requirements and consumption trends based on active and upcoming solar installations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of equipment and tools to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, project management, and site operations teams to ensure smooth last-mile delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement, ideally within renewable energy or construction.
• Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data management/Excel, and effective vendor negotiation
