CONSUMER CARE PRODUCTS, INC. seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for a fast-paced FMCG environment.
You will lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, procurement, and logistics, ensuring product availability while minimizing costs. Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, managing suppliers and distributors, and driving continuous improvement to boost responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
The Supply Chain Manager for FMCG oversees the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring that goods move efficiently from suppliers to production, distribution centers, and ultimately to retail shelves or customers. This role focuses on demand forecasting, agile inventory management, supplier collaboration, and logistics optimization to support the fast-paced, high-volume environment of the FMCG industry.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies tailored to FMCG dynamics, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Manage demand planning and forecasting processes to respond quickly to market changes and consumer demand.
Oversee procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align supply plans with promotions, product launches, and seasonal demand spikes.
Establish and manage strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to maintain reliable and flexible supply chains.
Monitor KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and logistics cost efficiency.
Drive initiatives to optimize warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, and transportation routes to reduce lead times.
Ensure compliance with FMCG regulatory standards, health and safety requirements, and sustainability practices.
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance responsiveness, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage and mentor supply chain staff, building a high-performing and agile team.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Strong expertise in demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory planning for high-volume products.
Proficiency with ERP systems, supply chain software, and advanced Excel/analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on agility and innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.
