• Manage reverse logistics including returns and damaged goods.
• Align warehouse activities with procurement, production, and sales plans.
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics team.

• Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO, cycle counts) and maintain accurate inventory records
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
• Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
• Manage reverse logistics (returns, damaged goods, recalls)
• Align warehouse and logistics activities with procurement, production, and sales plans
• Forecast demand and plan storage distribution accordingly
• Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
• Lead, train, supervise warehouse and logistics team
• Assign duties and manage workforce scheduling
