About the role

I-Serve360 Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Legazpi City, Albay. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in optimising our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless logistics flow across our manufacturing and transport networks. As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, driving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing our operational performance. This position is essential to our strategic objectives and directly impacts our ability to deliver products and services to our customers on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives and market demands

Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation and management to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery

Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to optimise stock whilst minimising carrying costs

Coordinate logistics and distribution operations to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials

Analyse supply chain data and key performance indicators to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

Manage supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues promptly to maintain continuity of operations

Lead and supervise supply chain team members, providing guidance, training and performance feedback

Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, sales and finance to ensure integrated supply chain planning

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies in all supply chain activities

Implement cost-reduction initiatives whilst maintaining quality and service standards

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 1-5years of professional experience in supply chain management or logistics operations within manufacturing or transport industries

Proven expertise in procurement, inventory management and vendor management

Strong knowledge of supply chain systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and logistics management tools

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively across departments

Understanding of cost analysis, budgeting and financial management within supply chain operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain planning software

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
