Orica, a global leader in mining and infrastructure, seeks a Manager – Supply Chain Governance & Improvement in Pasig. You will guide governance, performance, and continuous improvement of the S2P2P process and partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

This role emphasizes KPI tracking, compliance, and capability uplift, with leadership of a team and collaboration across functions including finance, risk, and sustainability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, industrial, or relevant B2B sectors.
• Background in governance, risk, and controls; process improvement.

Mansioni

• Drive governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for S2P2P.
• Track, measure, and report Supply Chain KPIs to improve performance.
• Monitor adherence to governance, risk, and control requirements.
• Define strategic direction of the S2P2P portfolio and improvements.
• Lead and prioritize process enhancement initiatives and projects.
• Support business transformation, change management, and digital initiatives.
• Manage portfolio reporting, including ROI and investments.
• Develop learning tools to strengthen process adoption across Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Risk.
