Job summary

Orica in Manila seeks a Coordinator to support the Global Process Strategy & Enablement Commercial team, delivering improvements across reporting and training while ensuring end-to-end process hygiene. You will coordinate documentation, training materials and knowledge sharing to enable scalable commercial operations globally.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related commercial processes is a plus.
• Experience managing information, records or business documentation in a structured environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and data analytics is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to work across time zones to support global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support GPS&E Commercial team in identifying, prioritising and implementing improvements across global commercial processes.
• Assist with reporting, analytics and project tracking for GPS&E Commercial initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate monthly GPS&E Commercial meeting packs, including reports, project updates, key metrics and presentation materials.
• Support the adoption of global commercial systems and processes across regions, promoting consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with regional commercial teams to promote compliance with Group standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintain Commercial SharePoint sites, ServiceNow dashboards, shared inboxes and team channels used for communication and collaboration.
• Manage commercial documentation, training resources and reference materials in line with DMS requirements.
• Review learning materials and process documentation to identify gaps and improve document management practices, ensuring content is structured for AI use.
