Orica seeks a Lead – Finance Business Partner (Global Support) for the GBS Manila team. You will translate financial data into clear insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help leaders manage resources as priorities evolve.

You will work with cost centre owners, produce management reporting, explain variances, and provide timely analyses to shape strategic decisions. Hybrid work pattern (2 days in BGC).

Qualifikationen

• Accounting or Business degree plus professional designation (CA/CMA/CPA).
• At least five years of postgraduate accounting/finance experience.
• Experience in a large global business with strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and analyse financial reports for leaders to view performance clearly.
• Explain results, variances, and trends against budgets and forecasts.
• Provide timely ad hoc analysis to support decisions for Transformation programs.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting with cost centre owners.
