Job summary

Orica Singapore Pte Ltd – Philippines Branch is seeking a Specialist – Planning to support demand planning across the AusPac region from its Pasig office. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasts, data integrity, and continuous improvement of planning processes, balancing cost and service for mining and civil projects.

The role requires 5–7 years in supply chain/demand planning, strong SAP/IBP and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights to diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, supply chain, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or a related field.
• Strong planning, MRP, demand and supply planning, and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with SAP systems, with exposure to Advanced Planning and IBP modules highly regarded.
• Advanced proficiency in planning systems and data visualization, including SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to present demand insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for detailed demand analysis and forecast enrichment to balance forecasts with business objectives.
• Enhance sales forecast models by reviewing historical trends and adjusting forecasting parameters.
• Adhere to the S&OP calendar and meet demand planning deadlines.
• Lead weekly and monthly communications with cross-functional stakeholders on assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain IBP master data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Area Business Managers, and Marketing to align forecasts.
• Ensure coordination between demand, commercial, and supply teams through the planning cycle.
