Job summary

Prince Retail Group of Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead nationwide warehouse and logistics operations from the executive level. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on end-to-end supply chain excellence, efficiency, and growth across the expanding retail network.

The candidate will drive transformation initiatives, manage a multi-site network, and develop senior leaders in a metrics-driven environment while aligning with retail expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations is an advantage.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution or Logistics.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven experience leading large-format Distribution Centers and nationwide transportation networks.

Are you a transformational Supply Chain leader with a passion for building high-performing warehouse and logistics operations at scale?

We are looking for a Supply Chain Director to lead our nationwide Distribution Center and Logistics operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive leadership role is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across our expanding retail network.

What You'll Do

• Lead the overall strategy and performance of nationwide Warehouse and Logistics operations.

• Drive operational excellence across Distribution Centers, Mega Distribution Centers, and transportation networks.

• Optimize supply chain costs, productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service performance.

• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives, including WMS, TMS, automation, and continuous improvement programs.

• Develop and coach senior leaders while building a high-performance, metrics-driven organization.

• Partner with Executive Management to support retail expansion and long-term business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.

• MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain/Operations is an advantage.

• At least 15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution, or Logistics.

• Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site warehouse and logistics operations.

• Proven experience leading large-format Distribution Centers and nationwide transportation networks.

• Strong background in operational transformation, KPI-driven management, inventory governance, and cost optimization.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Lean Six Sigma, and supply chain analytics is highly desirable.

• Willing to travel nationwide.
