Job summary

Prince Retail Group of Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead nationwide warehouse and logistics operations from the executive level. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on end-to-end supply chain excellence, efficiency, and growth across the expanding retail network.

The candidate will drive transformation initiatives, manage a multi-site network, and develop senior leaders in a metrics-driven environment while aligning with retail expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain/Operations is an advantage.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Distribution or Logistics.
• Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-site warehouse and logistics operations.
• Proven experience leading large-format Distribution Centers and nationwide transportation networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and performance of nationwide Warehouse and Logistics operations.
• Drive excellence across distribution centers and transportation networks.
• Optimize costs, inventory governance and customer service performance.
• Lead large-scale supply chain transformations including WMS, TMS, automation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach senior leaders in a high-performance, metrics-driven organization.
• Partner with Executive Management to support retail expansion and growth.
