Job summary

Stretch Distribution Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to optimize end-to-end logistics, inventory flow, procurement, and distribution across our network. You will ensure timely deliveries and cost-efficient operations while maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will lead warehouse personnel and drivers, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in processes and SOP compliance to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 2–4 years in logistics or warehouse supervision or FMCG/distribution.
• Proficient in ERP software (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite), WMS, and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan outbound deliveries and route logistics to branches or clients.

About the role

A Supply Chain Supervisor oversees and optimizes the end-to-end logistics, inventory flow, procurement, and distribution processes of a business to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, stock levels, product storage, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy

• Plan, schedule, and route outbound deliveries and transport logistics (in-house fleet or third-party logistics/3PL) to retail branches, distributors, or clients

• Liaise with suppliers to track incoming shipments, manage purchase orders, negotiate lead times, and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies

• Streamline supply chain workflows, reduce operational costs, minimize product breakage/shrinkage, and ensure compliance with safety standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel, delivery drivers, inventory clerks, and logistics associates

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like order fulfillment rates and logistics costs, maintaining record compliance for audits

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• At least 2-4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse supervisory roles, or FMCG/commercial distribution

• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and MS Excel

• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, vendor negotiation, and team management skills
