Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to transform supply chain data into actionable insights that improve demand and supply planning, inventory management, and production efficiency.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to drive service level improvements and cost reductions across the end‑to‑end supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, data, business, or operations analytics; FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SQL experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCG supply chain processes, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, production, and distribution data to identify trends, gaps, and risks.
• Monitor KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory days, stock availability, OTIF, fill rate, production efficiency, and logistics performance.
• Identify root causes of stock-outs, excess/aging inventory, supply gaps, and operational inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data analysis for management and supply chain teams.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve inventory optimization, service levels, efficiency, and costs.
• Support demand and supply planning through SKU, product, warehouse, and location-level analysis.
• Work closely with Sales, Planning, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to support business decisions.
• Analyze demand, supply, raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods, inventory, production, and distribution data to identify trends, gaps, and risks.
• Automate and improve recurring reports and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
