Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder or a graduate of any four‑year course.
• With experience and knowledge in SAP.
• With experience in project scheduling and BOM creation.
• Can work directly with Customer and Supplier.

• Familiar with semiconductors and Electronics Manufacturing Industry

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for products - CSE field calls about technical issues with products supplied by their company.
• Complete On-Site Diagnostics and Service Calls.
• Generate Problem and Resolution Reports.
