Basic Function: Customer service engineers are responsible for addressing the questions and concerns of customers about their company's products. • Provide technical support for products - CSE field calls about technical issues with products supplied by their company.
• Complete On-Site Diagnostics and Service Calls.
• Generate Problem and Resolution Reports.

Qualifications:

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder or a graduate of any four‑year course.
