Job summary

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) is seeking a Project Officer to coordinate technical engineering projects, ensure on-time/budget completion, and drive BOM creation and ECN processes. The role focuses on strengthening customer and supplier relationships and advancing new product introductions.

The position requires an engineering degree with semiconductor PM experience, SAP knowledge, and strong scheduling skills to support business growth and effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of project management experience in a semiconductor company.
• Experience and knowledge in SAP.
• Experience in project scheduling and BOM creation.
• Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers.
• Knowledgeable in Business Process Flow.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains customer relationships and communication.
• Identifies business development opportunities with existing accounts.
• Oversees new product introductions.
• Assists Product Marketing in RFQ and business development for prospective customers.
• Drives the conduct of qualification runs/NPI.
• Drives and oversees the execution of projects.
• Identifies opportunities to produce new products that meet customer needs.
• Responsible for BOM creation and updates in the system.
• Executes ECN and setup in the system.
