Qualifications

• Experience in domestic and international trade.
• Proficient with MS Office, SAP, and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic, export, and consignment orders end-to-end.
• Enter Late Order Reports and provide updates.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate escalations with stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics with 4PL/3PL forwarders to ensure timely shipments.
• Support process improvements and record keeping in PR1 system.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FSSC 22000 and gov regulations.
• Handle credit/debit disputes, returns and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
