Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply plannings, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (order-based planning/Excel add-in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception-based planning.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of demands from compounding plants and replenishment of stock.
• Solve problems of raw material shortages.
• Liaise with local material coordinators/site supply chain managers for day-to-day planning.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning.
• Optimize and continuously improve material availability, inventory days, and obsolete/slow-moving stock.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock;
• Solve problems of raw material shortages;
• Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned dayto-
  day planning process;
• Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning;
• Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off;
  and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
