Job summary

IFF Manila is seeking a material planning professional to manage daily demands from compounding plants and replenish stock onsite in Manila, Philippines. You will tackle raw material shortages and coordinate with site supply chain managers for smooth daily planning.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, 3+ years in material planning/operations, and hands-on SAP IBP experience with ECC/S4 master data knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply planning, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (order-based planning/Excel add-in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; adept at scenario modeling and exception-based planning.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock.
• Solve problems of raw material shortages.
• Liaise with the local material coordinators/ site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning.
• Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
