Job summary

InfraSensing in Makati is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to own end-to-end procurement, prepare and supervise purchase orders, and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires strong negotiation and English communication and involves building durable relationships with suppliers while supporting Engineering, Production, and Logistics to align procurement with business needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with manufacturers, suppliers, or international vendors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP or procurement systems is a plus.
• Ability to analyze quotations and supplier proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for company purchases

• Monitor supplier performance and proactively resolve delivery, quality, or supply issues
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with operational requirements
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen the supply chain

About the Role

• Experience working directly with manufacturers, suppliers, or international vendors is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus
• Ability to analyze quotations, compare supplier proposals, and make informed purchasing decisions
• Capable of managing multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of international shipping, import/export processes, or supply chain operations is an advantage
