Job summary

Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Assistant based in BGC, Taguig City. You will support day-to-day operations across purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory monitoring, and stock movement between our warehouse and retail locations.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in supply chain, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in supply chain, purchasing or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing and procurement of diffusers, fragrance oils, accessories, packaging materials, and other operational supplies.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding orders, pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of products and supplies.
• Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in the receiving, transfer, allocation, and release of stocks across warehouse, retail, and other company locations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records and provide administrative support to the supply chain team.
