Job summary

Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a reliable Fulfillment Associate in Pasig to join the logistics team. This full-time role focuses on accurate order processing, packing, and coordinating deliveries for aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and accessories.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure timely dispatch, maintain inventory records, and uphold quality and customer satisfaction. Basic computer skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders from various sales channels and internal systems.
• Pick, pack, and prepare aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and accessories for delivery.
• Verify product quantities, model specifications, and order accuracy before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Quality Checker to ensure products meet quality standards prior to shipment.
• Ensure orders are properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.
• Prepare delivery documents, packing lists, invoices, and shipping labels.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and couriers to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to the Sales and Customer Experience teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and report discrepancies.
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counting, and warehouse organization.
• Process returns, exchanges, and replacement orders in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the fulfillment and warehouse areas.
• Support warehouse operations and perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Fulfillment Associate to join Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading. This is a full-time position based in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila.

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, preparing shipments, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that Hiessence aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and accessories are packed and dispatched efficiently. You will work closely with the Warehouse, Sales, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
