Job summary

Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading in Mandaluyong City is seeking a Sales Associate to support customer service and drive sales at our pop-up kiosk. You will engage customers, present our diffusers and fragrance products, and assist with transactions and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy skills and accuracy in handling cash and processing transactions.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift products safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the Hiessence pop-up kiosk and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Introduce and demonstrate Hiessence aromatic diffusers, fragrance oils, and related products.
• Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service and product assistance to encourage purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling cash, card payments and other payment methods with precision.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, features and benefits to effectively advise customers and answer product-related enquiries.
• Stock and replenish shelves and display areas throughout the store, ensuring products are well-organised, clearly labelled and visually appealing.
• Support the store team in achieving sales targets and promotional objectives during peak trading seasons.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, including fitting rooms, shelves and customer areas.
• Assist with visual merchandising and the setup of seasonal displays and promotional materials.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Comply with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail best practices.
