Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a skilled Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Pasig City, Metro Manila. You will maintain, service, and repair aroma diffuser equipment to ensure quality and efficiency in our retail operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to travel to client sites within Metro Manila. The position emphasizes hands-on diagnostics and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar role.
• Experience servicing aroma diffuser systems, small appliances or electronics is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with low-voltage electronics and basic mechanical assemblies.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service instructions.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure diffuser performance and lifespan.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults in diffuser systems.
• Inspect, clean, and replace diffuser components such as atomizers, pumps, tubing, nozzles.
• Respond to service requests, warranty claims, and equipment concerns.
• Conduct routine tests for diffuser functionality, scent output, system performance.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and installation docs.
• Educate customers on operation, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Experience teams on installations and schedules.
• Ensure servicing complies with company standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and service equipment.
• Recommend upgrades or maintenance solutions to improve satisfaction and efficiency.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join the team at Hiessence Consumer Goods Trading. This is a full-time position based in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and consumer goods operations. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing equipment and systems that are essential to our daily business activities. This position is integral to maintaining product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across our retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal diffuser performance and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults in smart aroma diffuser systems.
• Inspect, clean, and replace diffuser components such as atomizers, pumps, tubing, nozzles, and other serviceable parts.
• Respond promptly to technical service requests, warranty claims, and equipment concerns.
• Conduct routine testing to verify diffuser functionality, scent output, and system performance.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation.
• Educate customers on the proper operation, cleaning, and basic maintenance of their diffuser machines.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Experience teams regarding installations, maintenance schedules, and client requirements.
• Ensure all servicing activities comply with company standards and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain company tools, spare parts inventory, and service equipment.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacement parts, or maintenance solutions that improve customer satisfaction and system efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Service Technician, Field Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar technical role.
• Experience in servicing aroma diffuser systems, small appliances, electronics, or similar equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service instructions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage field service assignments efficiently.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
