Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years in supplier quality management in manufacturing.
• Experience with APQP & PPAP processes.
• Knowledge of SPC, CP, Gage R&R, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Experience in supplier audits and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management with key metrics (DMR, DPPM).
• Deliver training and support to suppliers on quality tools and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize quality processes.
• Lead SQE for PROLaunch NPD/STP projects and PPAP execution.
• Investigate quality issues, drive CAPA, and ensure sustainable improvements.
