Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Warranty of experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering tools and methodologies.
• Experience conducting supplier audits, assessments, and development activities.
• Proficiency with CQE principles and quality management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management: DMR, DPPM, SSA, QPA.
• Deliver training and coaching on quality tools and compliance (SSA, QPA, PPAP, EQMS, SEM).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive standardized quality processes.
• Serve as SQE lead for PROLaunch NPD/STP projects and PPAP.
• Collect, analyze, monitor supplier data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Drive supplier performance improvement through data-driven decisions and risk management.
• Investigate quality issues with suppliers and implement corrective actions.
• Support quality audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve quality concerns promptly.
