Job summary

Eaton seeks a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations, auditing PCBA and Final Assembly quality. You will lead PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC and Repair teams, allocate resources, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or QA and 3–5 years in manufacturing QA, with strong knowledge of QC tools, SAP, IPC and ESD controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QA or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing quality roles with QA emphasis.
• Knowledge of QC principles, methods and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Allocate quality resources to audit processes and products.
• Supervise PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC, and Repair teams and schedules.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Support QMS with quality assurance processes and protocols.
