Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3–5 years in supplier quality management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SPC, CP, Gage R&R, Control Plans, and PFMEA.
• Experience with QA audits, PPAP, and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management including DMR, DPPM, SSA, and QPA.
• Deliver training to suppliers on QA tools and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize quality processes.
• Lead PROLaunch NPD/STP projects as SQE for PPAP.
• Analyze supplier data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Support quality audits and address customer and supplier quality concerns.
