Job summary

Eaton Industries - Philippines is seeking a Quality Engineer to strengthen manufacturing quality across PCBA and Final Assembly. You will lead QC activities, ensure conformance to process controls, and drive customer-satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

The role requires 3–5 years in quality engineering, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of QC tools and IPC/ESD standards. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in Quality Engineering/QA or similar manufacturing quality role.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques, and QA procedures.
• Familiarity with UPS products and assembly/testing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership capabilities including supervision and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PQC, OBA, OQC, IPQC, and Repair teams and manage shifts.
• Implement and execute quality plans for inspections and repairs.
• Monitor held materials and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Review inspection results and communicate findings to teams.
• Identify nonconformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance to team members.
• Support QMS and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop inspection/testing procedures for materials and finished goods.
• Analyze yield data and quality reports to identify trends.
• Investigate customer complaints and determine root causes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct training on quality procedures and best practices.
• Support NPI and product development with quality input.
