Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial insulation works (sheet metal, mattresses, spray insulation).
• Previous leadership experience as Supervisor/Foreman, managing small to medium-sized teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO, EN norms).
• Experience with gas and steam turbines is a strong advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, AutoCAD) are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally, especially within the Schengen area.
• Good command of English (technical communication); additional languages are an advantage (German).
• Valid driver’s license – considered a strong asset for mobility and site coordination.
• High flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
