Job summary

Philip Morris Limited in Laguna seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead the local team and steer field sales activities from the Laguna Sales Office. You will coach Sales Assistants and field executives, drive volume and coverage, and ensure proper AR handling, stock reconciliation, collections, and timely remittances.

The role requires 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience, strong communication, and negotiation skills, plus a valid driver’s license with manual transmission capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of supervisory experience in field sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive manual transmission.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in Laguna.
• Drive territory performance: sales, coverage, price and visibility of PMFTC portfolio.
• Manage AR, stock reconciliation, collections, and fleet maintenance.
• Monitor accountabilities and ensure on-time remittance.

Purpose of the job and your day to day tasks: As Sales Supervisor, you will lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives; managing their territories in terms of volume achievement, accounts receivable management, price management, coverage strategy, distribution and visibility of PMFTC portfolio, and monitoring their accountabilities i.e. sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection/status of outstanding AR, revolving fund, and fleet maintenance.

Skill and competencies:

• With driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission


• Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience


• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling


• With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives


• Strong organization skills


• Excellent communication skills and people skills

Work Location: Laguna Sales Office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
