Job summary

Watsons is seeking an Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations Audit to provide reliable, independent assessment of Store Operations governance and internal controls across the regional area. The role focuses on risk management, assurance, and data-driven auditing in a digitally enabled environment.

You will lead store audit and stocktake activities, review results, document evidence, and drive timely closure of control issues with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand risk assessment and prioritizes work schedule based on risk and criteria.
• Assist Audit Manager in preparation, planning and documentation of project management requirements and resources for audit activity.
• Perform efficient sales operations audit activities, identify control weaknesses with evidence and discuss recommendations to store personnel.
• Utilize digital resources such as ACL reports and ROS Portal for audit activities and documentation.
• Review store audit and stocktake results to ensure documentation, support and release audit compliance ratings.
• Push for timely closure of control issues, coordinate with team members and participate in meetings to resolve issues.
• Conduct refresher trainings to increase awareness and sustainability of ROS Compliance.
• Perform other audit engagement activities as needed.

Our Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations Audit is responsible in providing a reliable, independent and objective assessment of theStore Operations, aim to add value as assurance and consulting provider, through a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating andimproving the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance process.He/Shehandling simple to complex store auditandstocktakeactivities within his./her regional area.Having in place the skill and competencies to provide assurance with regards to risksfrom the organization’s digital transformation. Can change the function’s services to become more data driven and digitally enabled.

ROLE

• - Understands and can implement the risk assessment andprioritizes work schedule based on risk and certaincriteria
• - Assist Audit Manager in the Preparation, planning anddocumentation project management requirements andresources needed to ensure delivery of the required auditactivity
• - Perform an efficient sales operations audit activities, identifiescontrol weaknesses with sufficient documentation of evidencesand discusses control weaknesses and doable recommendationto relevant storepersonnel.
• - Utilizes digital resources such ACL reports and ROS Portal for the efficient conduct and or documentation of auditactivities.
• - Review store audit andstocktakeresults and ensure that resultsare properly documented, supported and release auditcomplianceratings.
• - Push for the closure of control issues on a timely manner,coordinates with the relevant members of the team andparticipates in meetings to resolve controlissues
• - Conduct refresher to furtherincreaseawareness andsustainability of ROSCompliance.
• Perform other audit engagement activities, if any.
