Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations to provide independent assessments of store operations and internal controls. You will serve as both assurance and consulting partner, guiding risk-based audits and digital initiatives.

You will lead audits in a regional scope, discuss findings with store personnel, and support ROS standards adherence through training and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of ROS, control objectives and risk concepts.
• Knowledge of basic audit procedures and data analysis.
• Proficient in documenting interviews and audit reports.
• Experience with ACL reports and ROS Portal for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement risk assessment to prioritize work by risk level.
• Assist Audit Manager in planning, preparation, and resource management.
• Perform sales operations audits, identify control weaknesses, and document evidence.
• Discuss audit findings and actionable recommendations with store personnel.
• Use ACL reports and ROS Portal to support audit documentation and tracking.
• Review store audit and stocktake results, ensuring proper documentation and compliance ratings.
• Coordinate timely resolution of control issues with relevant team members.
• Conduct refresher sessions to enhance ROS awareness and compliance.
• Support other audit engagements as required.
