Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations to provide independent assessments of store operations and internal controls. You will serve as both assurance and consulting partner, guiding risk-based audits and digital initiatives.

You will lead audits in a regional scope, discuss findings with store personnel, and support ROS standards adherence through training and coordination.

Qualifications

• Review store audit and stocktake results, ensuring proper documentation and compliance ratings.
• Coordinate timely resolution of control issues with relevant team members.
• Conduct refresher sessions to enhance ROS awareness and compliance.

• Solid understanding of Retail Operating Standards (ROS), control objectives, and risk assessment concepts
• Knowledgeable in basic audit procedures such as creating narratives, flowcharts, data analysis, exception reports (e.g., from ACL), sampling, and conducting interviews
• Proficient in documenting interview proceedings and creating clear audit reports
• Skilled in using digital tools including ROS Portal and ACL reports for documentation and process tracking
• Ability to explain ROS control requirements and their corresponding control objectives
• Capable of discussing stocktake results and recommending process improvements to internal stakeholders
• Experience in conceptualizing and proposing improvements to the audit process using digital initiatives
• Strong communication and coordination skills to support regional leaders in delivering audit activities efficiently
