Job summary

Csod is seeking an Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations Audit in Metro Manila, Pasay. The role focuses on providing independent assessments of store operations, evaluating internal control, risk management, and governance processes, and enhancing digital transformation through data-driven audit practices.

The successful candidate will lead risk-based audits across the regional area, coordinate with the team, and drive timely closure of control issues while maintaining audit documentation

Responsibilities

• Understands and can implement the risk assessment and prioritizes work schedule based on risk and certain criteria
• Assist Audit Manager in the Preparation, planning and documentation project management requirements and resources needed to ensure delivery of the required audit activity
• Perform an efficient sales operations audit activities, identifies control weaknesses with sufficient documentation of evidences and discusses control weaknesses and doable recommendations to relevant store personnel
• Utilizes digital resources such ACL reports and ROS Portal for the efficient conduct and/or documentation of audit activities
• Review store audit and stocktake results and ensure that results are properly documented, supported and release audit compliance ratings
• Push for the closure of control issues on a timely manner, coordinates with the relevant members of the team and participates in meetings to resolve control issues
• Conduct refresher to further increase awareness and sustainability of ROS Compliance
• Perform other audit engagement activities, if any.

Our Audit Supervisor for Sales and Operations Audit is responsible in providing a reliable, independent and objective assessment of theStore Operations, aim to add value as assurance and consulting provider, through a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating andimproving the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance process.He/Shehandling simple to complex store auditandstocktakeactivities within his./her regional area.Having in place the skill and competencies to provide assurance with regards to risksfrom the organization’s digital transformation. Can change the function’s services to become more data driven and digitally enabled.

ROLE
