Watsons in Biñan, Philippines seeks a Supervisory leader for Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment. The role focuses on monitoring the order fulfillment and replenishment team, ensuring quality processes, and securing complete documentation in line with SOPs.

You will review documents and reconcile discrepancies against the WINS system while coordinating with transport and customer service to meet customer requirements.

Formación

• Experience supervising order fulfillment and replenishment teams.
• Ability to ensure SOP-based processes in order fulfillment.
• Audit and reconcile documents and reports for accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the performance of order fulfillment and replenishment team and determine areas for improvement
• Ensure a quality order fulfillment and replenishment process based on the Standard Operating Procedure is done properly
• Secure record completeness of all pertinent order fulfillment and replenishment documents and report discrepancies in quantity, serial number, defects
• Review and evaluate the processed documents of order fulfilled and replenished items and reconcile versus system (i.e., WINS)
• Collaborate with transport and customer service to meet customer requirements
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor, eDC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment is directly reporting to AssistantManager, eDC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment, and responsible to monitor theperformance of order fulfillment and replenishment team. Ensure a quality order fulfillmentand replenishment process, secure record completeness of all pertinent order fulfillment andreplenishment documents and report, and review and evaluate the processed documents oforder fulfilled and replenished items.

ROLE

• Monitor the performance of order fulfillmentand replenishment team and determine areasfor improvement
