Job summary
Csod in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager for Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment. You will oversee daily order fulfillment and replenishment operations, guiding teams to deliver quality results.
You will monitor KPIs, review performance, design new business solutions, and collaborate with IT, Store Operations, transport, and customer service to meet customer requirements and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily order fulfillment and replenishment operations by providing leadership and management to ensure efficiency and productivity to deliver quality results
- Monitor, review, and evaluate operational performance by ensuring all KPIs are delivered within SLA for order fulfillment and replenishment
- Review, design, and develop new business solutions to effectively improve order fulfillment and replenishment processes and procedures to support O+O business
- Monitor, review, and evaluate reports, trends, and other data to provide new business solutions and initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of cross functional improvement project with IT and Store Operations teams
- Collaborates and maintain good relationship with transport and customer service to meet customer requirements
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

The Assistant Manager, Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishmentis directly reporting toManager, Online Business DC Order Fulfillment and Replenishment, and responsible to oversee the dailyorder fulfillment and replenishment operations including the Watsons O+O Business Strategy.Monitor, review, and evaluate operational performance, review, design, and develop newbusiness solutions, and collaborate and maintain good relationship with transport andcustomer services.
