Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Business Process Operations to lead large-scale digitization projects across client sites and facilities. You will manage 50–100 staff, drive efficiency, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and a strong background in document management, workflow automation, and Google Workspace tools. This position is based in India with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business process operations and digitization.
• Proven track record managing teams of 50–100 employees.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA in Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale digitization operations end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers, vertical leads, and ground teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry best practices.
