Job summary

Concentrix Philippines in Quezon City is seeking a Supervisor, IT Operations (TCF) to lead asset management and IT operations initiatives. The role focuses on overseeing asset tracking, data accuracy, and lifecycle management within our tech-enabled environment.

You will supervise a team of asset management professionals, drive process improvements, generate regular reports for management review, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
• Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.
• Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.
• Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.
• Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
