Job summary

Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking a Specialist, Controls & Compliance to conduct recurring audits, lead investigations, and support fraud prevention and security monitoring. You will prepare risk reports and communicate findings to leadership, while completing mandatory trainings and maintaining regular check-ins with your manager.

The role is based in Quezon City (Eton) and requires full-time commitment to manage compliance and governance initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting compliance audits and identifying risks and control gaps.
• Ability to lead investigations and resolve client escalations and compliance concerns.
• Experience supporting fraud prevention, security monitoring, and incident response activities.
