Job summary

Vismotor Corporation is seeking a Branch Operations Manager for the Cebu City branch to oversee inventory, manpower, workplace, and KPI performance.

You will ensure efficient operations, address customer concerns, and collaborate with other departments to meet service level agreements. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in motorcycle dealership or related retail and a proven ability to drive results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the motorcycle dealership/retail or food chain industry.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Store Operations Management, preferably in a motorcycle industry
• Excellent Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Leadership and People Management Skills
• Strong Time Management Skills; ability to multitask effectively
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to get results
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices
• Knowledge of Motorcycles is a plus
