Job summary

Sinski Motorcycle Phils Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to oversee branch operations, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service at the Bristol branch.

You will lead branch staff, manage inventory standards, monitor financial performance, and build strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or dealership operations (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organized.
