Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, or dealership operations (automotive/motorcycle industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets
• Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly organized
