Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor (Eyewear) in Cebu City to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor. You will drive sales, manage daily store operations, and ensure brand standards are reflected in visuals and routines.

Responsibilities include team leadership, inventory control, audits, and ongoing staff development. Strong communication and flexibility for weekend shifts are essential for success.

What you’ll do

Sales & Customer Service

• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs (PPU, conversion, etc.) consistently.
• Lead by example and encourage the team to achieve targets.
• Engage customers with great service and implement selling strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Operations Management

• Monitor daily store operations and perform spot checks.
• Provide feedback to the Eyewear Manager and assist in team performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate inventory, stock handling, and display management.
• Oversee store audits and safeguard assets.
• Implement SOPs, company policies, and store security measures.

People & Professional Development

• Give performance feedback and create development plans for staff.
• Attend trainings, product sessions, and operational meetings.
• Promote consistent learning and growth across the store team.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and submit store reports.
• Coordinate with different departments for escalations and problem resolution.
• Stay updated on promotions, activities, and brand events to keep the store aligned with Sunnies’ image.
