AT A GLANCE

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales performance, and customer experience of the store. They lead and develop store employees, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with company standards, and achievement of business goals. The Store Supervisor may oversee one (1) to three (3) categories.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Business Performance & KPI Management

• Drive achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to conversion, PPU, AOV, and other retail performance metrics.
• Analyze sales performance, retail metrics, and store trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve sales, productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and driving commercial performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Identify internal and external factors affecting store performance and communicate recommendations to the Store Manager.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs, spot checks, and operational reviews to ensure consistent execution.
• Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising, store presentation, and customer experience standards.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock accuracy, cycle counts, quality checks, and replenishment activities.
• Ensure proper handling, safeguarding, and accountability of company assets, inventory, cash, equipment, fixtures, and store property.
• Review and support store audits, inventory counts, and compliance checks to maintain operational integrity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Implement operational updates, process improvements, and company initiatives consistently across the store.

Retail Planning & Execution

• Ensure timely and effective implementation of company programs and operational directives.
• Monitor execution of quality and business impact of retail initiatives and recommend improvements where needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout of projects and store activities.
• Adapt plans and priorities to address operational challenges while maintaining business objectives.
• Support business planning activities that contribute to sales growth and operational efficiency.

People Leadership & Development

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to store team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback to drive individual and team effectiveness.
• Support performance evaluation processes and recommend development plans, recognition, or corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team of culture.
• Identify training and development needs and partner with relevant departments to support employee growth.
• Cascade company updates, initiatives, and expectations to the team and ensure understanding and compliance.
