Responsibilities

• Be the go‑to contact for internal and external customers by phone and email for subscription and billing questions.
• Scan, review, and log incoming subscription invoices and keep records accurate.
• Support the subscription lifecycle: new sign-ups, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
• Help reconcile subscription and billing data across systems, including journal entries and reversals.
• Follow up on overdue invoices with a service-first approach.
• Flag renewal milestones and billing issues to the right team member.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes as you learn the role.
