Responsibilities

• Answer subscriber questions regarding invoices, credits, and refunds.
• Handle large volumes of incoming calls.

• Enter subscriber data accurately.
• Review case notes to inform next steps.
• Use probing and listening skills to resolve issues.
• Resolve problems promptly and accurately.
• Meet individual and team metrics.
