Responsibilities:

Submittal & Drawing Management

• Preparing submittals (PDF drawing exports, reports, DSTV files and others as required per client’s specific standards).
• Ensure submittals meet both internal standards and client-specific requirements.
• Manage and maintain a reference model library and perform model exports as needed.
• Handle shop questions by coordinating with internal teams and providing timely responses.

Software & System Administration

• Assist with the management and configuration of Tekla settings to meet client requirements and improve internal workflows.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networked workstations to keep all staff equipped with high-performance systems.
• Coordinate the setup and maintenance of office equipment relevant to the Tech Department

Requirement:

• Must be College graduate (computer science or related)
• Familiarity with model export and reference model processes. (Tekla Structures, Autodesk products)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
