Job summary

Optum is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to support a disciplined operations team in Manila. The role involves applying expertise to moderately complex activities and backing up the Supervisor when needed.

You will coordinate with teammates, resolve problems, and ensure service quality in a fast-paced call center environment. The position is full-time and office-based, with shifting schedules to accommodate business needs.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years college level.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Subject Matter Expert in a call center setting, medical, insurance, or collections process
• Can pass Domain (Operations) Final Interview
• Good problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates great depth of knowledge and skills in call center, medical, insurance, or collections domain expertise
• Able to work on a shifting schedule
• Able to report full time in the office

• Acts as a Subject Matter/Process Expert resource to team members
• Applies knowledge and skills to a range of moderately complex activities
