Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years college completed.

• Able to pass Domain (Operations) Final Interview.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Shows deep knowledge in call center, medical, insurance or collections domain.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Subject Matter/Process Expert resource to team members.
• Applies knowledge to moderately complex activities.
