The Subcontractor Management Assistant provides support to the Subcontractor Assistant Manager in the evaluation of bids and the accomplishments of subcontractors. Is responsible for subcontract administration and monitoring.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

A. Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

B. Experience

• At least one (1) year work experience in subcontractor or contract management
• Construction industry experience, preferred But not Required.
• Knowledge of/skills in subcontractor practices, systems and tools
• Financial cost analysis skills
• Project management skills, preferred
• Knowledge of/ skills in SAP
• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management System, an advantage
